Reward Gamer Page wont load

The reward gamer links all go to the same link.

https://www.rewardgamer.com/blank.html

Which ends up being a blank page, so what is wrong with it? Only Blockbuster works from the ones i have tried.

Myst, that link didnt do anything. From that page, click any "reward" other than blockbuster and press the get tbs or whatever it is and it comes up with a blank page.
