Currently only the commander can deploy buildings to a base and that's understandable because it would be cheating to deploy everything at once

However since some fac planets have non-PvP hours, why not make Base deployment faster during that time?
like give all units the ability to deploy buildings - i'd prefer this one-
or make it possible to deploy buildings to a node like deploy buildings to Hadeas.. etc

Edit: also, not sure if the Player Council can do this but i'd love a "salvage all units in square" button, it then asks you which salvage command you would like to use and then the next turn everything is salvaged, the cmd cost would be the usual (Salvage Command cost * number of units)
only thing affected would be number of turns required

same thing as before, this would only apply to non-PvP time

The main theme here is about the non-PvP time, so i think it should be more instantaneous than that, i'd rather go for every unit including even AI slaves if possible

The reason for this is to make building a base 95% designing and 5% only work, currently building up a base is working a routine job rather than playing a game
