With the low damage and range output of heavy ballistic turret, no one is bothering to build nodes on infernus

Heavy energy has a relatively high damage (40) output, but a recharge of 3.

I separated heavy energy and heavy missile tickets in case this one gets shot down


Let's put this one on hold, I am afraid a full energy base would do a lot of damage. If the missile passes we'll see how far it helps and see if this is still necessary
