Many people no longer play TW/DS, however a few still check the chats/forums. So, this thread is for all those who don't really play the game:

What is everyone doing now?

I ask this because the community here was great, and it would be good to keep in touch with a few of you that no longer play

I'm working on getting all my ducks squared away for college. (Yes, I violated the ToS back in the day, but I doubt that's much of a concern with the game in the state it's in now.) Going to a community college to get my general courses out of the way, then going to transfer those credits to a technical college so I can continue with my education in the IT or engineering sectors. Other than that, I'm not doing much... just Dungeons & Dragons once a week with some friends. #boringguyhere

If these nukes are north korean, implement them anyway. They wont get 3 squares before tripping on a rock and turning into salvage.

Playing League of Legends (haloguy48)
Playing World of Tanks (haloguy48)
Holding a steady Part-time(24hr) job (Professional Solicitor)
Trying to keep enough cash flow to pay for certain things.
Gave up on a social life.
Trying to figure out my own path to take in life.

Going to college right now. Playing LoL, name Daedros27. Got hired to restore an old pickup, so that's where my summer's going. Overall, pretty dull.

Sometimes burn a lot of resources on newbs when i visit TW

I've been working as a 2d games programmer recently
Because of the polish of TW as a game - i've learned quite a few things about what makes games *fun*, pretty useful for my job

well, what am I doing now?

I am retired from DS.
I play LoL (the real mzg).
I just finished a bunch of curriculum work for my teaching job.
I am preparing to leave for a missions trip to New Delhi, India.
I am teaching a class at church on Wednesday nights.
I am preaching at my church in 2 weeks.
I am organizing chores for my kids around the house.
I am trying to figure out if I'm going to be able to take my annual diamond hunting trip to Arkansas later this summer...
I also play chess at chess.com (mgotte).
I have also begun walking on a treadmill daily...and I played tennis for the first time in 7 years today.
That's about it for now, though.

I am enjoying going John Galt on DS.

sincerely,
mzg

ps. Speaking a bit about my teaching job...Does everyone know why manhole covers are circular? I'm going to start with that question for all my fresh/soph students this year.

Why are manhole covers circular? O.o I'd assume it's something to do with the fact that circles can't fall through circles. (Also sent a chess.com friend req Very Happy)
