Death by bandits have their command payback decreased to 20% to counter people suiciding on Rynn for command. Pvp untouched 'cause that would be kill trading.

Has this been a problem? I had never heard about this being done. If it was happening it sounds like it needs to be fixed though. I vote yes for now, but again if someone comes up with a counter argument I am willing to change my vote.

Apparently the abuser claims to have reported this bug years ago but it was said to have not been enough of a problem at the time.

PS. Only reason I didn't code it to be planet specific Command Payback is because I didn't want to hardcode it for each planet though if required that can be done.

AYE to the change for now cause it keeps people from doing stupid things.

Make the next update about reducing command payback on units killed by enemy bases, Rynn comes out to 89% discount with full SG, node planets come out to 84% - which is pretty damn close.

I wrote three paragraphs on the big picture which clearly is being missed here but then thought I would spare Vanoi... for now Laughing - if you know what I am hinting at, make up your own mind whether that is an issue or not.
