So I have a unit going 9 max 10 controlled b/c of Ao1 bonuses and SH merit

and I put RoadRunner on the last modslot, and deploy and boom 12 max and 2 controlled speed.... doesn't seem like this is right

Pretty sure the cap on speed mods is 12.

Tried again and I got 2/6 speed with just hydra, and hasty const and powerplant restrictors.

Seems like a bug to me.

Ao1 is also not affected by Roadrunner, if I remember correctly

What unit are you putting this on to get 6 max speed?

I think my setup was necro /w pha I'd, MOC, powr restrict, hasty const, and roadrunner

the issue isn't that speed is removed, it's that I still had controlled speed while using a roadrunner, which I thought was supposed to make all controlled speed 0. Why isn't Ao1 affected by it?

This needs to be put to a vote as bug or feature.

I know exactly what is happening and I really do believe it should be classified as bug though.
