Yeah it's not working:
A base with 100,100 CE (1,100 command to drop)
Commander ability (Union treasurer - 25% discount to base deployment cost).
Dropped on turn 47 (So a 47% discount) - Should be looking at around 350 / 400 command. It was still 740 command.
