What if you could make a new laser mod by combining obli cannon with argus adapter?

I'm thinking 5 range (6 range max) 20 dmg 3 recharge (Obli type laser) with a 25%-30% more dmg acti with 2 to 3 CD.

Why is this needed you say?

DL is too short ranged.

Empc is only good at shields.

WH is expensive.

and the curret obli? meh only suicide units walk around with 4 recharge guns.

EPIC idea, u balanced it (dont care about sagi, he only sees his ideas are good), still if u remove the 30% acti and put 2+ gunnery lvls acti, it would be epic!

I like the idea, except for the Acti. the Acti makes it overpowered. I would totally overload cap it, w/ my SuiSAIIder and just dominate things in 1 hit even moreso.

Or put it on my training katana, and 1 hit things with just that weapon. Fun!

20+overload(16)+Dvar(3)+BZ(3)= 42 dmg. +50% for 0 range= 61 + 25% from acti= 71Approx. not including spam.... But you win, lets install this mod RIGHT NOW so I can 1 hit even more stuff.

That setup is obviously a 1 hit killer, if your complaining this mod is imbalanced cause it would make you a bit more likely to kill in 1 hit using overload+dvar+Bz, then you sir are mad. Who uses overload and max dmg stats to not close in for 1 hit kills? >.>


Anyways, the energy arsenal is obviously too outdated compared to listic and missiles since the last updates. So we basically, need this.

Stats changed to

4 range, 25 dmg, 3 recharge (non-unique)

(25% bonus dmg this turn, no dmg next turn)

100 AEMP dmg if killed.

premods: Argus energy adaptor, Obliteration cannon.

hmmm... I think I failed to clarify the actis drawbacks in my earlier posts. I thought it having 3 cooldown is an understood message that it will do no dmg next turn. Please consider the new stats like its a fresh suggestion. K thx bai
