For infernus use. Fusion plants give only 30 power and have EMP. The 'shak singularity generator' equivalent for inf is the large power plant atm but well

It could work out.. just a lot of slots would be used for those and their hp is .. meh

Perhaps lower the generation of super to 30 and make it inter or just make inter? or raise power generation of large plant to 20 or 22?

Going to stay on the fence w/ this one since I find Large PPs aren't that bad on Inf, only thing you really need to use Plants for are Sensors/Enhancers. Everything else you'd expect to find on Inf a Large PP can normally support.
