- All adjacent buildings receive Phase Shielding (stackable 50% Damage Reduction)
- Phase Shielding is only effective at >4 range
- Repairs units / buildings in same square by 10 Armor / Turn

some of acti abilities
Extend Shields (CD: 4): Building in same square regenerates all Shields
Over-Phased Shields (CD: 5): Building in same square takes no damage this turn

Those passive and active abilities requires the PGM to be in direct line of fire. Which is pretty much suicide especially if you are using the active effects (as in your commander is in an activated PGM)

I suggest the PGM gets 0 cloak speed, increased to 1 cloak speed incase it is actied.

That way you can maneuver inside your base in midst of an attack providing the passive and activ effects where needed when needed without direct risk. A sanctuary can(should) protect you if revealed and attacked.

No, cloak mods don't work because they give 0 cloak speed that can't be made 1.


Edit: before anyone tags this as OPed because someone can resurrect dead buildings in the midst of an assault, read the description of the acti

Structure Recovery (CD: 6): Rebuilds destroyed building of player's faction in same square (Building is unpowered, has no shields and 10% armor)

It's unpowered and has 10% armor. You can't power buildings with enemies in sight and nonpowered buildings don't regenerate => Freebie kill

Seems good, however I don't see the need to add the 1 cloak speed. If people want to do this they can with merits/mods, much like the se.
