theres a significant problem with changing complexity of buildable units such as the heavy missile turret
by changing it from adv to int, sure you might have made it more fit for it's class, but it might also make those who own these construx worth less

eV has similar opinion to me... changing Advance to Elite is easy 'cause they are basicly the same except Elite is slightly more restricting...
Changing Advance to Int (You only get 1 Advance per pack remember) is different.
Though I do agree that they are in the wrong complexity so I give this my slight vote to Yes. _________________ The person who will go to great lengths to fight boredom...

support the chance. while it will effect the strux values of the turret its not as large as say changing the value of unit or mod strux because you only need 10 to obtain the maximum efficiency out of them.
