A Father's Memento
The lack of resources can turn the most honorable man into a common thief. Some bandits carry items belonging to their loved ones to encourage them during combat. An item can be a family photo or a mere prize ribbon won by one's daughter.
CE Factor: Int 0.85
- Unit receives a penalty to hit (1 level).
Salvage only
I tried going for a medal but... lol this came out
Gunnery penalty is for dishonor or being demoralized or whatever |

See bolded. Being encouraged by something would more or less fall under the purview of a morale bonus, seeing there's no actual benefit being gained except psychologically. Maybe the bandit crew is distracted by memories of his past life (and sequential owners by moral complications?) Otherwise, I like it--about time we had an Inter mod that reduced CE. _________________

Simply saying that paired with the dishonored part, I wasn't sure if you were referencing the bandits or the players.
Regardless, still like the mod. _________________
