I said with measures to reduce useless clicking around, read at least the TL:DR completely, or don't say nothing at all.

Why do I have to click 20 times for the same thing? In what army have you seen a commander go talk to each soldier in private to assign him orders? Usually any idiot can learn that they are to use their rifles and long distance and only use their bazooka when there is a tank and they are damn sure not to miss the shot.

Units in TW have to be told everything, that equates in too much clicking around, that forces us to have longer turns, that makes game flow slow and unexciting.

Now I think about it, defense mods haven't really helped the game, neither have sabot n emp stuff.

1 v 1 pvp the guy with the right defense mod usually wins, and he can bring the right D mod with the help of a scout. So don't say its a risk of a mod, yeah its a risk if you have no idea what your getting into.

but meh, just my opinion on them.

there is a reason for the clicking. as much as i dont like it either, i get it. other wise it be to easy to seperate units into groups of 10 and in 1 fell swoop aim them all at one unit. meaning its almost to easy. the lag and such does make clicking a big pain in the butt, but it is part of the game.

i don't see this being changed ever in the game. however. id like to see it be enabled on the arena planets to try it out to see how much of a difference it would make, and either how much more fun/ pain in the butt if you die very quickly.

either way.... you really know if you are going to win or lose rather quickly.

so i guess a bit faster won't hurt.

as for the defense mods... i agree. its all luck and scouting. to many choices if you are the first down. and you can't get it right if someone sees you and then their buddies drop.

you know what i wouldn't mind is more hotkeys, to the point that eliminates the need for a mouse (or the majority use of one) and also a mass cmd spam.

We've been saying that for too long. Perhaps control people using how many clicks they can do is not a good method? Perhaps we should cut on clicks and find other ways to prevent over deployment.. Many big strategy games have moved towards less micromanagement. I think TW should too. It is not really fun to click like mad and constantly fight against lag when you issues a million of orders and it takes too long for the server to reply. It wears you down. It would be much more fun to put them in formation, set them to walk in formation together, drag an arrow to another sector, and target enemies 1, 2, 3 and 4 to be killed in that order, my units would shoot when in range, etc. So what if another players could drop a gazillion units? there are units ingame that pop out of nowhere and boom you out anyways. You might as well die playing in a more elegant strategist style. There is much less to fear from big droppers then there is to fear from the brokenness of cloaking. Yet the latter were implemented. So why are we afraid anyways? Just let them drop 100k CE if they want lol, they will still have to pay for the cmd bill., and can you imagine such big drop being sent back home because some cloakers found the boss and burst him out? lol

I'm gonna say my opinion.

Planets should cycle everyday. With all the benefits, this would make all players drop and drop and drop. In fact, its the only thing we need.

Wether it will be removed or not,I don't care but I think cloakers are a big part of the games inactivity.Had a huge impact on pvp.

Stealth would not need to be removed. There are ways to make them sought after for things other than PvP

I've stopped deploying for one reason, I use to play 2 hours, now I get 30 minutes due to study, and 30 minutes cannot get your ANYWHERE in deploying other than possibly a wulf cycle...

Try deploying for 30 min on konu.. you get the 8 bandits spawns around you if your not on edge or corner, then its already time to go. The game needs to accommodate for those who can't play 2 hours straight... But that's just my opinion and more than likely nothing will be done about it.

I'm sorta a "big player" I think...


I'd like maybe 2-3 new merits and something to fix payouts on nodes to make things more "risky" to keep nodes so there is more PVP, Super nodes have done this, but still there should be fighting all through cycle not just the ending of it.



And increase bandit spawns on konu/fac war planets 5 max just isn't very good no offense frizz.

its true. i haven't deployed to aldus since stealth came out to level. gained 2 or 3 levels since stealth came out due to mass pvp. which isn't much... but mostly cause its not worth my time to attack something when there is 2 or 3 days left in the cycle.

that is why people do it at the end of cycles. saves the headaches. so if the cycles were to end faster, i think it may start more fighting. makes sense right?
